Raphael walked calmy through the borders of a new territory. He had no idea where he was going, just on instinct is what led him here. He stopped the take a small wiff of the air around him. It was extremely faint, but he knew that if he kept going, he'd reach her. Letting out a soft sigh he continued on his treck.
A humming sound from his muzzle gave hiim great company as he would constantly sing his mother's song that he remembered from being just a pup. His tail would flicker, and his blue ears twitch. He held a charming smile as he continued on deeper into the territory.

Vampire Heart sniffed the air, her ears drooping lazily. She yawned, then tensed as an unfamiliar scent wafted to her through the air. She rose silently, her powerful wings unfolding as she prepared to fight if she had to. Her lip curled in a silent growl, her fangs glinting.
She stalked forward, coming upon the wolf wandering through her lands. She sat silently in the shadows, her ears pricked forward, her eyes calm as she observed.

Raphael stopped and looked around, within the faint nosies of his surroundings he heard a growl. He smiled and sat. "...I am here for no fight comrade..." He said out loud. He sat there, his ears forward and tail flickering behind him. He waited for the other wolf to show.

Heart watched him for a moment before striding gracefully out of the dark shadows, her head and tail held high proudly.
Welcome to the Mercury Pack territory, stranger. What is your name?
She sat, her head still held up, looking over the newcomer once more, taking in everything she might need to know about him, ready to defend herself and her packmates.

Raphael didn't want to alarm the wolf anymore than he had already by showing up. He kept still and held that charming yet goofy grin. His tail wagged slightly and he bowed his head in respect. "I thank you for the welcome Alpha." He winked. From most of his travels, Raphael knew an alpha when he saw one. Usually never this early, so he knew these packs ran differently. He smiled again and spoke his intro. "The name is Raphael, son of Maya and Jeagar." He didn't have a major one.

Heart nodded politely to the stranger when he told her his name.
You are welcome, Raphael. I am Vampire Heart, the Alphess of this land. What there is left of it.
She sat, still watching him calmly, her fluffy tail wrapped around her almost cat-like. Her silver pelt seemed to glow white in the moonlight that sifted down through the trees in the woodfs behind her, speckling the woodland floor with white. She looked over the newcomer, her blue eyes calm and somewhat wary as the white light flooded over them.

Raphael smiled wider and chuckled. "Vampire Heart, such an odd name for a beauty of yourself." Rarely was Raphael blunt, but he couldn't help himself. He was in a strange mood around her. "Care to show me around my lady? I would love to see your territory." He flicked his tail and shook his fur. "Or...I could take you myself. Through the heavens.." He winked.

She smirked at him.
Thank you, Raphael. Such a sophisticated name you have yourself. Yet, it fits you, as my name fits me.
She smiled to yourself.
I do not mind showing you around this territory. It's been long since I've had company. I'd begun to wonder if I was truly alone.

Raphael dared to venture closer, circling this 'lost' wolf in his own way. "We are never alone until death comes to take us from this place we call home." He whispered when he stopped beside her. His face had turned from relaxed to stern. Death seemed like a hard subject for him yet he continued to stare off thinking on how that was the only meaning that would take his one and only sister away from him.
